The Government of Balochistan, under the Department of Social Welfare and Special Education, has officially announced admissions for 2026 under the Competency Based Learning (CBL) program. This initiative aims to provide practical and skill-based education to students who want to build a strong career in the IT and digital field.

Admissions are open in the following programs:
Diploma in Information Technology (D.I.T) – 1 Year
Graphics Designing – 6 Months
Web Designing – 6 Months
Computer Application & Office Management – 6 Months
Digital Marketing – 6 Months
Video Editing – 6 Months

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: Matric (10th Class Pass)
Both male and female candidates can apply.
Classes will be conducted in morning and evening shifts (as per schedule).
