1. Director Transport Planning (BPS-19) – 1 Post
· Requires an MS in Transportation Engineering or equivalent with 7 years of experience, OR a BS in the same field with 8 years of experience.
2. Director Traffic Engineering (BPS-19) – 1 Post
· Requires an MS in Transportation Engineering or equivalent with 7 years of experience, OR a BS in the same field with 8 years of experience.
3. Deputy Director Transport Planning (BPS-18) – 1 Post
· Requires an MS in Transportation Engineering or equivalent with 7 years of experience, OR a BS in the same field with 8 years of experience.
4. Deputy Director Traffic Engineering (BPS-18) – 1 Post
· Requires an MS in Transportation Engineering or equivalent with 7 years of experience, OR a BS in the same field with 8 years of experience.
5. Assistant Director Transport Planning (BPS-17) – 1 Post
· Requires an MS in Transportation Engineering/Traffic Engineering or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience.
6. Assistant Director Traffic Engineering (BPS-17) – 1 Post
· Requires a BS in Transportation Engineering/Traffic Engineering or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience.
7. Assistant Director Admin & Finance (BPS-17) – 1 Post
· Requires a Master’s degree in Public Administration, Project Management, or Business Administration with 3 years of relevant experience.
8. Office Secretary (BPS-16) – 1 Post
· Requires a Bachelor’s degree, Urdu & English typing skills (40 wpm), and a 6-month computer certification.
9. Sub-Engineer (BPS-11) – 3 Posts
· Requires a 3-year Diploma of Associate Engineering (Civil/Traffic/Transportation Technology).
10. Surveyor (BPS-11) – 3 Posts
· Requires a 3-year Diploma in relevant field OR a certificate in land surveying.
11. Computer Assistant (BPS-14) – 2 Posts
· Requires HSSC/ITI with a one-year computer diploma OR ICIS, plus typing skills in English and Urdu (30 wpm).
12. Admin & Finance Assistant (BPS-11) – 4 Posts
· Requires HSSC in Science/Commerce, Urdu & English typing skills (30 wpm). Computer software experience is preferred.
13. Driver (BPS-04) – 4 Posts
· Requires a Middle school certificate, a valid HTLV/TV driving license, and at least 2 years of driving experience.
14. Naib Qasid (BPS-01) – 4 Posts
· Must be literate.
15. Chowkidar (BPS-01) – 2 Posts
· Must be literate.
16. Sweeper – Part-time (BPS-01) – 1 Post
· Must be literate.
Important Conditions:
1. This is a contract position for three years, extendable subject to good performance.
2. The role does not guarantee permanent government employment later.
3. A six-month probation period applies.
4. The contract can be terminated during probation without reason.
5. A fixed salary will be provided as per the post.
6. Candidates must meet all qualifications by the closing date.
7. For posts BPS-05 and above, a written test will be held for shortlisted candidates, followed by an interview.
8. For posts BPS-01 to BPS-04, only an interview will be conducted.
9. The number of posts may change.
10. The final pay will be determined as per service terms.
