QIMS Quetta Announces Multiple Administrative Vacancies 2026

Quetta Institute of Medical Sciences (QIMS) , located in Quetta Cantt, has released a job advertisement for competent and motivated candidates to fill several vacant administrative positions.

Available Positions & Eligibility

The vacancies are spread across various departments:

1. Department of Medical Education (DME)

   · Post: Director of Medical Education (Academics)

   · Qualification: Professor or eligibility for Professorship (PMDC Level 3) with CHPE or equivalent. Age limit: 50 years.

   · Experience: Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a PMDC/HEC-recognized medical college.

2. Pathology Department (7 positions)

   · Qualification: BSc MLT OR a Diploma in Medical Lab Technology from Balochistan Medical Faculty or equivalent.

3. Forensic Department (3 positions)

   · Qualification: BS/MLT OR FSc with 2 years of relevant experience.

4. Biochemistry, Physiology, Anatomy Departments (3, 2, and 2 positions respectively – All Female)

   · Qualification: BA / BBA / BS

   · Experience: 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

5. Pharma Department (1 position – Female)

   · Qualification: MBA / BBA / BS

   · Experience: 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

6. Student Affairs (2 positions – Male)

   · Post: Manager

   · Qualification: Graduation or equivalent (HEC recognized). Typing speed: 50 WPM, shorthand: 100 WPM. Good English writing and MS Office skills required.

7. Principal’s Office (1 position – Male)

   · Post: Secretary to Principal

   · Requirement: Preferably a retired Subedar/Head Clerk or an Accountant/Stenographer with 5 years of experience. Candidates with experience in a medical institute will be preferred.
