Field Staff Required for Infrastructure Project – Contractual Basis
A government infrastructure development project is currently hiring field staff for multiple positions. These are contract-based jobs, and the project is looking for candidates with relevant experience and local residency (for specific posts).
1. Drivers – 06 Posts
· Minimum qualification: Middle or Matric.
· At least 5 years of driving experience.
· Must hold a valid driving license.
· Should be familiar with vehicle maintenance and maintaining a logbook.
2. Peon/Helper – 12 Posts
· Preference will be given to literate candidates.
· No specific experience is mentioned, but basic reading/writing ability is preferred.
3. Cook – 08 Posts
· Must be literate.
· Should have at least 2 years of cooking experience in any organization.
4. Watchmen – 12 Posts
· Matriculation is required.
· Retired armed forces personnel will be given preference.
· Must have at least 2 years of experience in a security organization.
5. Sweeper – 08 Posts
· Preference will be given to literate candidates.
Key Terms & Conditions
· Contract Duration: 1 year, extendable if performance is satisfactory. However, the contract can be terminated by giving one month's notice.
· Age Limit: Will follow the standard Government rules.
· Local Residency Requirement: Candidates applying for positions 2 to 5 (Peon/Helper, Cook, Watchmen, Sweeper) must be permanent residents of District Washuk.
· How to Apply: Submit attested copies of your academic certificates and two recent passport-size photographs. Clearly mention the position you are applying for on the envelope.
