The People's Primary Healthcare Initiative (PPHI) Balochistan has released multiple job advertisements for various districts across the province. PPHI, a leading healthcare organization registered under the Companies Act, 2017, is inviting applications from qualified and motivated individuals for a range of positions on a temporary basis.

This is a significant opportunity for healthcare professionals and support staff to contribute to the primary healthcare system in some of the most underserved areas of Balochistan. Multiple positions are available, including Medical Officers, Lady Health Visitors (LHVs), Community Midwives (CMWs), Dispensers, Medical Technicians, and Lab Assistants.

1. Job Opportunities for District Awaran, Hub, Lasbella, Khuzdar, Kalat, Surab & Mastung

The first advertisement targets candidates for 38 Medical Doctor positions, 59 Lady Health Visitor (LHV) posts, 30 Community Midwife (CMW) positions, and various other roles like Medical Technician, Dispenser, and Lab Assistant. These positions are spread across numerous Basic Health Units (BHUs) in the mentioned districts.

Key Positions Available:

· Medical Doctor (MO/LMO): Requires an MBBS degree with a valid PMDC/PMC registration.

· Lady Health Visitor (LHV): Requires a verified 2-year LHV diploma.

· Community Midwife (CMW): Requires a verified 2-year CMW diploma.

· Lab Technician & Lab Assistant: Requires Matric with a relevant diploma.

2. Job Opportunities for District Barkhan, Duki, Killa Saifullah, Kohlu, Loralai, Musakhail, Zhob, Sherani & Upper Dera Bugti

The second advertisement focuses on the northern and eastern districts of Balochistan. It announces 46 Medical Doctor positions along with other paramedical staff vacancies. The posts are available in BHUs across these districts.

3. PPHI Balochistan Midwifery Induction, Training & Employment Program-2026

In addition to direct hiring, PPHI Balochistan is offering a unique induction program for Community Midwifery. This is a fully-funded training opportunity for eligible matric-pass women. Selected candidates will undergo a 2-year training program at Khui Goth Karachi, with all expenses covered by PPHI.

This program includes:

· Full tuition, boarding, and lodging.

· A monthly stipend of Rs. 10,000.

· Guaranteed employment at a BHU upon successful completion of the training.

· A mandatory service commitment of at least 1 year after training.

Districts Covered:

This program covers an extensive list of districts, including Awaran, Barkhan, Gwadar, Hub, Kalat, Kech, Kharan, Lasbela, Mastung, Sibi, Zhob, and many more.

Important Terms & Conditions (Applicable to All Positions):

1. Tenure: The positions are purely temporary for an initial period of one year, extendable based on performance.

2. Age Limit: Applicants must be between 18 and 50 years of age (for general posts) and between 18 and 40 years for the CMW training program.

3. Domicile: Preference will be given to candidates holding local domicile of the respective district and those residing near the BHUs.

4. Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test and interview.

5. No TA/DA: No travel allowance or daily allowance will be provided for attending the test/interview.

6. Additional Benefits: In addition to the basic salary, Risk Allowance and Pay for Performance (P4P) will be admissible as per PPHI-B rules.
