Position Details

Position: Assistant Director (BPS-17)

Number of Posts: 04

Age Limit: Maximum 35 years (including 5-year general relaxation)

Contract Period: Initially 6 months, with potential for permanency based on performance

Required Qualifications

Candidates must hold a 16-year education degree from an HEC-recognized institution in one of these fields:

· Peace and Conflict Studies

· International Relations (IR)

· Media & Communication Studies

· Strategic Studies

· Cyber Security

· Artificial Intelligence (AI)

· Data Science

· Software Engineering

· Computer Science

· Information Security

· Digital Forensics

Experience Requirements

· 0-2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field

· Experience in OSINT, SOCMINT, GEOINT, Threat Intelligence, Digital Investigations, Online Research, and Analytical Reporting

· International certifications in relevant areas will be considered an added advantage

· Experience in developing and managing AI/Software applications

· Knowledge in Media Management, Basic Administration, Education, Peace and Conflict Resolution, Narrative Building, and Counter Terrorism/Extremism

Quota Distribution

· Merit: 1 position

· Punjab: 2 positions

· Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: 1 position
