People's Primary Healthcare Initiative (PPHI) Balochistan has announced exciting career opportunities for medical professionals at its Tele-Health Nerve Center in Quetta. This is a wonderful chance to serve the healthcare sector of Balochistan with attractive remuneration and modern telehealth facilities.

Available Positions

Specialist Doctors (Total 15 positions)

· Gynaecologist – 05 posts

· Paediatrician – 02 posts

· Cardiologist – 02 posts

· Pulmonologist – 01 post

· Infectious Diseases / Medicine Specialist – 02 posts

· Dermatologist – 01 post

· Psychiatrist – 02 posts

Salary for Specialists:

PKR 400,000 per month + PKR 50,000 Telehealth Allowance (Gross Pay, inclusive of tax)

Qualification: MBBS with relevant postgraduate degree (FCPS/MD/MS or equivalent) in the respective specialty. Candidates with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience will be preferred. Proficiency in IT and computer skills is an added advantage.

Age Limit: Less than 55 years

Lady Medical Officer (LMO) – 110 posts

Salary: PKR 135,000 per month + PKR 50,000 Telehealth Allowance (Gross Pay, inclusive of tax)

Qualification: MBBS degree with a valid PMDC/PMC certificate. Preference will be given to candidates with IT and computer skills.

Age Limit: 18 to 55 years

Additional Allowances

Besides the mentioned salary package, selected candidates will also be entitled to:

· Risk Allowance (as per PPHI policy)

· Pay for Performance (P4P) – performance-based incentives

Important Terms & Conditions

· All positions are purely temporary for an initial period of one year, extendable annually based on performance.

· Preference will be given to candidates holding local domicile of Balochistan.

· Only short-listed candidates will be called for a written test and interview.

· Candidates found ineligible during document scrutiny will be rejected at any stage.

· No TA/DA will be given for appearing in the test or interview.

· PPHI-B reserves the right to amend or cancel the hiring process or number of posts at any time.
